I offer online appointments using Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp. Working together online has a different feel from face to face sessions – from three dimensions to two. However, my experience is that having made any necessary adjustments, effective therapy can and does still happen. As I am not physically present with you in the room I ask you to set up your end of things so that you are as safe as possible and that what is said between us is kept as confidential as possible. My online therapy policy, which I ask every client to sign by virtual signature, explains what to be aware of. If you want to start working with me, then I would offer a taster session of 50 minutes- as for my face to face sessions. This session allows us both to see whether working together feels right and therefore I offer it for free.
